Great job, Pat. Go to the trouble of creating a blog on your website and then completely forget you have it for over a year! Ah well, I don't really have much to say I guess - but now that I know I have this, maybe I'll write occasionally... time will tell!

Off on my morning meditation/sadhana walk - what a beautiful day!

What a great day! I had a really fun and funny coffee with Frank - took a perfect power nap - had a magical meditation walk - drank some beer at SunRay and ended up drinking wine and watching Family Guy. I am one happy camper. Love to all - Goodnight!
